Salary:
New Graduate: $65,000–$70,000 per year
Experienced Physical Therapist: $80,000–$90,000 per year , based on years of experience
About the Role
A full-time Physical Therapist is needed in Lee’s Summit, MO for a modern outpatient orthopedic clinic serving patients across a wide age range, from active adolescents to older adults working toward better mobility and function.
This role focuses on helping patients recover from orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, improve movement, reduce pain, regain strength, and return to daily activities with greater confidence. You will evaluate patients, create treatment plans, guide therapy sessions, track progress, and work alongside a collaborative clinical team.
New graduates are encouraged to apply, and experienced PTs will be considered for higher compensation based on years of experience.

Preferred Work Schedule Options
Option 1: Four 10-Hour Days Preferred
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
Tuesday off each week
Option 2: Monday–Friday Schedule
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Clinic Information
Patient Volume: 7–15 patients per day
Clinic Volume: Approximately 160–190 patient visits per week
Clinical Team: 2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants
Patient Age Range: 11 to 90 years old
Primary Caseload: Orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
Responsibilities
Complete physical therapy evaluations and identify patient goals, limitations, and treatment needs
Develop individualized care plans for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, mobility training, balance work, gait training, and functional movement support
Educate patients on home exercise programs, safe movement, recovery expectations, and injury prevention
Track progress and update treatment plans based on patient response
Document evaluations, daily notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries in WebPT
Collaborate with PTAs and other clinical team members to support quality patient care
Communicate professionally with patients, families, providers, and referral sources when needed
