Supervisor - 1st Shift

HSM is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead daily production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a strong people leader who enjoys being on the floor, solving problems in real time, keeping production moving, and building a culture where safety, quality, teamwork, and accountability come first.

As a Supervisor, you will oversee production employees, coordinate workflow, support scheduling needs, and partner closely with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, HR, and Plant Leadership to ensure customer expectations are met. You will play a key role in driving on-time delivery, improving processes, reducing waste, and helping team members succeed.
