Key Responsibilities
Review and moderate Italian-language user-content including harmful, misleading, abusive, or policy-violating content
Ensure content aligns with platform policies and guidelines.
Help maintain a safe and respectful online community.
Identify and address inappropriate or harmful content.
Support a positive and engaging user experience.
Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve product support and customer service processes.
