• Carry out regulations for product safety.
• Educate newly onboarded employees about Kohl's brand standards, product details, and inventory procedures.
• Help streamline point-of-sale and customer service operations to ensure transactions are conducted efficiently.
• Follow the established company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

Required Skills and Experience of Stockroom Clerk:

• Demonstrating strong customer service aptitude alongside the capacity to multitask effectively.
• Exhibiting a high level of detail-oriented focus and excellent communication proficiency.
• No prior experience in retail needed.
• The minimum age for participation is 16 years.
• Required to have availability for shifts on weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays.
