The company is currently seeking a full-time Sous Chef to join their kitchen team located at Casady School in Oklahoma City, OK. The Sous Chef will play a pivotal role in supporting the Executive Chef by preparing and cooking foods according to established recipes and production standards, ensuring quality and timeliness. This position requires coordination of kitchen activities including supervising and training hourly food service associates, scheduling, participation in reviews, and maintaining all sanitation and food safety procedures. The Sous Chef will also handle inventory, food presentation, and customer interactions, ensuring a high standard of service and satisfaction. The role offers a competitive hourly pay range between $22.00 and $24.00, along with benefits such as free meals, uniforms, and laundering services at select locations.
