Job Title: Industrial Spray Painter
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Spray Painter to join our team. This role involves preparing and applying coatings to metal and composite surfaces using spray equipment in a fast-paced industrial environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with HVLP, electrostatic, or airless spray systems and a strong commitment to safety and quality. The work will support US Government projects, including maritime, parts & components, machinery, and internal buildings & structures.
Prepare and apply coatings to metal and composite surfaces using spray equipment.
Work on large structural steel painting, particularly those with bridge painting experience.
Perform tasks in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Occasionally work at customer sites.
1-3 years of painting experience, with 5-7 years ideal.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Mechanical aptitude and a good work ethic.
- Experience working on construction job sites.
- Experience with pneumatic sprayers, paint guns, and spray painting techniques.
Familiarity with industrial painting, sandblasting, and paint preparation.
Ability to work with steel/iron structures and in an auto body environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Philadelphia, PA.
