What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be the backbone of payroll operations, responsible for:

Processing weekly and bi-weekly payroll with precision and confidentiality

Reviewing timesheets, mileage, and caregiver visit logs for accuracy

Managing payroll adjustments, deductions, and reimbursements

Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor and tax regulations

Collaborating with HR and scheduling teams to resolve discrepancies

Maintaining accurate payroll records and supporting audits when needed

Assisting with onboarding setup for payroll and benefits systems
