HR Recruiter

We're seeking an experienced and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team! As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in connecting great talent with great opportunities. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with people, we'd love to hear from you! **Responsibilities:**

• Coordinate and conduct phone screenings and candidate interviews
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Manage the pre-employment process, including drug screenings and background checks
• Support recruiting efforts to ensure timely hiring of top talent
