Job Description:

Starbucks is seeking a Front End Associate to support beverage preparation, customer service, and daily store operations in a fast-paced coffee shop environment. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer experiences by efficiently handling orders, maintaining product quality, and ensuring a clean and welcoming store front.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare coffee, espresso, and cold beverages according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Accurately take customer orders and process payments using cash and card systems.
• Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized customer service.
• Prepare food items following proper food safety and hygiene standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front end, equipment, and customer areas.
• Restock cups, ingredients, and supplies throughout shifts as needed.
• Assist with drive-thru operations when required.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and accurate order fulfillment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred but not required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
