Senior Property Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee management of company-owned and third-party managed properties.
• Own budgeting and variance reporting processes; implement corrections as needed.
• Maintain lease records and ensure all terms and compliance obligations are upheld.
• Perform lease audits in Yardi for accuracy and completeness.
• Lead property site visits, identify issues, report findings, and implement solutions.
• Support CAM reconciliations with Accounting and invoice/credit tenants accordingly.
• Manage vendor and tenant relationships through HubSpot CRM.
• Develop marketing materials to promote third-party management offerings.
• Collaborate closely with Asset Management while maintaining role separation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of property management experience (commercial real estate required).
• Strong experience managing teams.
• Strong financial acumen and experience building/owning property-level budgets.
• Proficient in Yardi and familiar with lease administration and NNN reconciliations.
• Exceptional organization, communication, and client service skills.
• Experience working across departments and with external partners.
• Familiarity with Florida's commercial real estate market and regulations.
