Responsibilities
Generate and follow up with buyer and seller leads
Conduct property showings and open houses
List and market residential properties
Negotiate contracts and manage transactions through closing
Build and maintain a consistent client pipeline
Stay current on Framingham and MetroWest market trends
Qualifications
Active Massachusetts Real Estate License (required)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to work independently
Knowledge of Framingham / MetroWest market (preferred)
New and experienced agents welcome
