SummaryWe are in search of a talented Acute Care Lead Therapist to become part of our incredible team! Position eligible for a 15,000k sign-on bonus! The Acute Care Lead Physical Therapist reports to the Rehab Manager or Rehab Director.

Under general supervision, the Lead Physical Therapist develops, supervises and provides optimal patient care services as referred by physician for Physical Therapy, based on population-specific needs utilizing a developmental and patient/family directed approach.

This role provides daily operational supervision to assigned staff, Physical Therapists, Volunteers, Therapy Technicians, and Physical Therapy Assistants.

This position functions as a mentor and expert in specific clinical area and possesses advanced clinical skills.

Provides clinical education experiences for physical therapy students as assigned.
