Position Overview

Title: Recruiter (Full-time Corporate)

Location: Dallas Ft. Worth Metroplex (Hybrid / Virtual with bi-weekly meetings in Irving, TX)

Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40+ hours as needed

Job Classification: Full-time, Non-Exempt, Non-Supervisory

Base Compensation: $20-$22 per Hour + Quarterly Bonus

Pay Period: Bi-Weekly Payroll

Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources, this role is responsible for attracting and hiring high-quality candidates through proactive sourcing and effective communication. The Recruiter will drive the full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a strong candidate pipeline while upholding the company’s reputation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate job descriptions for new positions and post to online job boards.
  • Review and analyze resumes using online sourcing and alternative solutions.
  • Search job boards, websites, and leverage employee referrals for potential candidates.
  • Evaluate applications to ensure candidates meet minimum position requirements.
  • Interview candidates, discuss role highlights, and assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate the pre-hire process including offer letters, background checks, and drug screens.
  • Input new hires into HRIS and guide them through the onboarding process.
  • Collect recruiting data such as cost per hire, time-to-hire, and retention rates, and prepare reports.
  • Develop recruiting plans and research new sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Participate in team calls, meetings, and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 – 3 years of Full Cycle Recruiting experience.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (including Excel pivot tables and graphing).

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of recruiting experience in Transportation, Light Industrial, or Warehousing.
  • 3-5 years of combined education and work experience in Recruiting.
