Role Description The Commercial Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in North Miami, FL. This role focuses on growing and managing a portfolio of commercial clients by identifying new business opportunities, conducting prospecting activities, and presenting tailored pest control solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with existing and potential customers, performing site visits and assessments, preparing proposals and contracts, and negotiating terms that align with client needs and company standards. The Commercial Account Executive collaborates with service and operations teams to ensure service delivery meets quality expectations and follows safety and regulatory guidelines. The role also involves tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate account records, and providing ongoing support to build long-term customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong commercial sales and account management skills, including prospecting, relationship building, and negotiation.
- Ability to conduct on-site assessments, understand customer needs, and develop appropriate service solutions.
- Comfort with reporting, basic data analysis, and use of CRM or sales management tools.
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to business clients.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts, deadlines, and follow-ups.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to safety, quality, and service excellence.
- Previous experience in B2B sales, service-based industries, or facilities management is beneficial.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally to client sites as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
