Director of Fabrication drives prefab strategy across all Polk units, engaging early on projects to identify opportunities, plan workflows, and support VDC coordination. Oversees the Fab Shop, optimizing production, safety, staffing, and quality while guiding teams to execute efficient, standardized fabrication.
