Description - Your Responsibilities• Conduct both routine and specialized laboratory tests-including chemistry, hematology, and immunology-while adhering to established protocols.

• Evaluate test outcomes for precision, address discrepancies, and perform necessary maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Assist with specimen acquisition and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Maintain thorough documentation during all procedures, participate in training new employees or students, and ensure adherence to quality control standards.
• Uphold a safe and clean work environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree, plus preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within your first year of employment.

• Maintain valid clinical certification throughout your time with us.
