Case Manager

Are you passionate about helping low-income populations in your community? EZRA Multi Service Center is a community-based service center that provides emergency services to seniors, people with mental illness, people with disabilities, people living with chronic illness, parents and children, people who are homeless, and other people in need. In this position, you will provide case management services for clients who are eligible for financial assistance and financial literacy programming. You will be responsible for conducting screenings and assessments, determining emergency needs (such as rental and utility assistance), and advocating for clients on various issues.
