Your responsibilities include:
- Engaging with customers through phone, email, chat, and social media to address their questions and concerns.
- Calmly handling and de-escalating customer issues.
- Escalating matters when necessary and appropriate.
- Assisting with requests alongside payment processing as needed.
- Tracking call-related data for audits and reporting.
- Providing insights on call-related challenges.
- Upselling products or services when applicable.
We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who are committed to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team setting.
- Preferred: 6 months of customer service experience.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Typing speed of 25 wpm or higher.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Comfortable using desktop computer systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong logical problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in navigating Windows operating systems.
- Effective organization and prioritization skills.
Work from Home Requirements:
- Internet Connection:
- Minimum download speed of 12.0 Mbps.
- Minimum upload speed of 3.0 Mbps.
- ISP should have no packet loss and a ping under 50ms.
- Proof of internet speed required.
- Must maintain a clean and quiet workspace.
