Nomad Coatings is hiring Apprentice Commercial Painters to join our growing DFW team.

We specialize in commercial projects — offices, schools, retail spaces, medical facilities, and large-scale interiors/exteriors. If you are reliable, ready to learn, and want to build a career in the commercial painting trade, this is an opportunity to grow inside a structured, process-driven company.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 0–3 years of painting experience.
  • You show up on time and take responsibility for your work.
  • You’re detail-oriented and understand that prep quality defines final results.
  • You follow direction and respect site leadership.
  • You are comfortable working in active commercial environments.
  • You follow safety rules at all times (PPE, ladders, lifts, jobsite protocols).
  • You have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • You can pass background checks.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist in surface preparation: masking, sanding, patching, caulking.
  • Apply commercial coatings under supervision (interior & exterior).
  • Help maintain clean, organized, and compliant job sites.
  • Follow scope of work and production standards.
  • Learn to work efficiently while maintaining quality.
  • Support the crew leader in delivering projects on schedule.

What You Can Expect:

  • Competitive hourly pay: $15–$20 per hour with opportunities to grow as your skills improve.
  • Steady commercial work across DFW.
  • Hands-on training on commercial projects.
  • Clear path to Lead Painter / Foreman as skills develop.
  • A professional environment focused on quality and accountability.

We build commercial projects that require precision and discipline.

If you’re serious about learning the trade, apply.
