Sales Support Specialist - HVAC & Plumbing Products

Opening with our manufacturing client for an Sales Support Specialist.

In this role you will provide support to the sales team with customer orders, answering questions, sending information and preparing submittals for industrial HVAC and plumbing related products.

Essential Duties

• Answer customer inquiries via telephone and email
• Resolve minor issues and problems for customers
• Prepare quotations
• Send product information and follow up on sales
• Prepare submittal documents and job packages

Requirements and Experience

• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Technical mindset with ability to quickly learn new processes
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Any HVAC or plumbing experience is a plus, or prior experience in technical field
• Good PC skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications
