Marksman Security LLC is hiring immediately for HR Office Generalist/Receptionist

Dallas Branch!

Full-time position - Monday-Friday - 9AM-5PM*

We require a "Minimum" of one year in HR Generalist prior

Our Dallas Office is looking for a HR Generalist to manage front office operations on a daily basis and perform a variety of HR New Hire-Onboarding and Clerical tasks.

As the HR Office Generalist/Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our Branch. The main job duties include welcoming guests and greeting people who visit the business, HR processing and candidate may be cross trained in Recruiting job duties.

Individuals should have exceptional customer service skills and a plus with background in the following:

Compensation:

$22.00 p/hr

Job Duties:

Greet and assist employees and walk-ins with their inquiries, as well as by phone and email

Manage access to the lobby and sign in visitors

Answer multiple phone lines, screen and direct calls

Perform general administrative and clerical duties

Maintain complete and accurate personnel files in compliance with applicable state and federal regulations

Maintain a supply of current forms and documents related to HR, payroll, and benefits (e.g. employee handbook, benefit overview, I-9, W-4, etc.).

Distribute correspondence and receive packages

Work in Applicant Tracking System to support recruiting functions, track candidates, and retrieve data

Maintain uniform program, including measuring and ordering uniforms, tracking issuance to existing personnel, collection of uniforms, and requests for uniform refunds

Requirements/ Qualifications:

Must be 21 years or older

High school diploma or equivalent

Customer Service experience

Prior one year as a HR Generalist

Ability to handle competing priorities

Proactive problem solver

Strong attention to detail, and accuracy

Prior security background is a plus!

Bilingual experience preferred

*Hours may be needed outside of traditional working hours
