About the role
As the People Operations Manager at Westmag, you will be responsible for shaping and leading the company’s human resources strategies and initiatives. You will work closely with leadership teams to foster a culture that attracts, retains, and develops top talent while supporting Westmag’s mission to innovate in drone motor manufacturing.
Key responsibilities
Lead and develop the People Operations function, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and learning and development programs.
Develop scalable processes for recruiting, interviewing and onboarding.
Design and implement HR policies and practices that promote inclusion, equity, and a positive workplace culture.
Partner with senior leadership to align people strategies with business objectives to ensure the team grows at the right pace and in the right direction.
Implement health and safety programs and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
