Director, Brand Marketing- Factor
Build the brand that defines the future of real food.
Factor is looking for a visionary Director of Brand Marketing to shape the dominant brand in the ready-made meal category. This leader will define and scale a category-defining brand, creating breakthrough marketing that builds enduring consumer preference and drives measurable business growth.
As the steward of the Factor brand, you will own the end-to-end brand ecosystem—from long-term strategy and positioning to integrated campaigns, partnerships, PR, organic social, and content. You'll lead a high-performing team while partnering closely with Growth, Product Marketing, Analytics, Creative, and external agencies to deliver a seamless, full-funnel brand experience.
Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and based in New York City, you'll help establish Factor as the leading premium real food brand.

Define and Scale the Brand
Help define and evolve Factor's long-term brand strategy, positioning, purpose, and narrative.
Translate strategy into integrated marketing plans that drive awareness, consideration, preference, customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
Position Factor as the defining brand in the real food category through distinctive, culturally relevant storytelling.
Establish clear brand KPIs and hold teams accountable for measurable business outcomes.
Lead Breakthrough Marketing
Develop integrated, insight-led campaigns across paid, owned, earned, and experiential channels.
Raise the creative standard across every consumer touchpoint, ensuring work is bold, memorable, and performance-informed.
Partner closely with Growth Marketing to build a unified brand and performance marketing system that maximizes both short- and long-term impact.
Create work that consumers choose to watch, share, and talk about.
Build Cultural Relevance
Develop and execute a world-class partnerships strategy spanning sports, athletes, creators, brands, entertainment, and culture.
Identify emerging consumer trends and cultural moments that strengthen Factor's relevance and differentiation.
Build scalable partnership frameworks that drive both brand equity and customer acquisition.
Translate Consumer Insights into Action and Innovation
Drive the consumer insight action plan by identifying emerging behaviors, unmet needs, and cultural trends.
Translate research and analytics into actionable brand, product, and go-to-market strategies.
Influence innovation, product launches, and commercialization through a deep understanding of the consumer.
Drive Cross-Functional Leadership
Serve as connective tissue across Brand, Growth, Product Marketing, PR, Social, Creative, Analytics, and Product.
Ensure every consumer touchpoint delivers a consistent, premium brand experience.
Influence senior leadership through strategic thinking, compelling storytelling, and data-driven recommendations.
Build and Develop a High-Performing Organization
Recruit, develop, and inspire exceptional talent across brand marketing, partnerships, PR, social, and content.
Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Establish scalable operating rhythms and best practices across internal teams and agency partners.
Measure and Optimize Brand Performance
Build measurement frameworks that connect brand investment directly to commercial outcomes.
Continuously optimize messaging, creative, media, and partnerships using consumer insights and performance data.
Balance long-term brand building with near-term business growth.
Lead Agency Partnerships
Foster healthy relationships across creative, PR, media, production, research, and partnership agencies.
Ensure partners consistently deliver strategic thinking, creative excellence, and flawless execution.
Continuously evaluate agency structure and investment to maximize impact and efficiency.
Champion AI-Enabled Marketing
Leverage AI to accelerate consumer insights, creative development, campaign optimization, and operational efficiency.
Encourage responsible experimentation that enables faster learning and better marketing outcomes.
Serve as the Brand Steward
Protect and elevate every expression of the Factor brand.
Ensure consistency, quality, and premium execution across all consumer touchpoints.
Continuously evolve the brand to remain culturally relevant, differentiated, and category-leading.
You are
10+ years of progressive brand marketing experience within high-growth consumer, CPG, DTC, or technology brands.
Proven success building brands that drive meaningful increases in awareness, consideration, preference, customer acquisition, and business performance.
Deep expertise in brand strategy, positioning, integrated marketing, and full-funnel consumer journeys.
Experience leading breakthrough 360° campaigns across digital, social, partnerships, PR, experiential, and offline channels.
