Senior IT Project Manager/Scrum Master

**Overview:**

We are seeking a seasoned Senior IT Project Manager/Scrum Master to lead and direct the successful delivery of application development, systems integration, infrastructure, and product installation/customization services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, Agile methodologies, and Scrum Master practices. **Responsibilities:**

• Serve as the point of contact and client interface for project technology-related issues
• Manage project expectations, evaluate project needs, and communicate with stakeholders to ensure that program needs are met with respect to urgency and priority
• Develop trust, credibility, and strong client relationships; seeks opportunities to add value to internal and external client initiatives
• Review all project deliverables to ensure quality and accuracy meet project, stakeholder, and contractual standards
• Execute all project management functions, including work breakdown and cost estimation, scheduling, monitoring and tracking of technical progress against defined timetables and budgets, and staff assignment and development
• Lead and direct the successful delivery of application development, systems integration, infrastructure, and product installation/customization services
• Define and implement development plans for assigned projects
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach Agile teams
• Partner with Product Owners, technical leads, QA, business operations, shared services, and client-facing teams to align priorities, dependencies, and delivery timelines
• Provide project and team performance metrics, including status, risks, issues, dependencies, blockers, velocity, burnup/burndown, milestones, and decisions clearly to leadership and stakeholders
• Identify and assess new functional capabilities supporting engineering change proposals and additional follow-on work
• Identify, track, manage, and communicate risks and issues with stakeholders and upper management
• Coordinate, prepare, and manage technical presentations and functional demonstrations to internal and external stakeholders
• *Qualifications:**
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• 7+ years of project management, Scrum Master, or Agile delivery experience
• 3+ years facilitating Scrum ceremonies for software development or IT delivery teams
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or Agile teams
• Experience creating project plans, status reports, RAID logs, and executive-level updates
• Experience working with technical teams, business stakeholders, QA, systems analysts, and production support teams
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM I, SAFe Scrum Master, PMP, PMI-ACP (preferred)
