Payment Center- Bilingual Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Rep at a Payment Center, you will be the liaison between the Company and the customer.

-Process customer monthly payments.

• Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner.

-Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing any customers, as needed.

-Connects very quickly; builds and leverages client relationships.

-Complete mail sorting tasks.
