Key Responsibilities:

Remove and install HVAC parts and systems

Efficient trouble-shooting and problem-solving of all common mechanical systems up to 50 tons.

Efficient trouble-shooting and problem-solving of refrigeration systems.

Perform preventive maintenance on heating and cooling systems

Educate customers on HVAC components and solutions as needed

Mentor and train junior team members

Communicate effectively with clients and customers

Ensure compliance with local HVAC codes

Assist with other tasks as directed by management, subject to change based on company needs

Ideal Candidate:

5+ years' Commercial HVAC and Refrigeration service experience (Preferred)

Strong relationship-building skills based on teamwork, trust, and mutual respect

Positive attitude and a commitment to excellence

Willingness to learn and stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies

Requirements:

2+ years of HVAC service experience

EPA Certification

Ability to lift 50-100 lbs regularly

Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, roofs, and on ladders

All candidates will undergo pre-employment drug screening and background checks

A valid driver's license is required, with a recent DMV Safe Driving Record to be submitted to demonstrate safe driving practices
