HealthFirst Transport is seeking EMTs (Emergency Medical Technicians) at all experience levels to join our expanding NEMT company!

This position is great for patient contact hours for anyone interested in pursuing a higher advanced degree in Paramedic/Medical/PA/Nursing school, etc.

Previous experience as an EMT, Paramedic, or in other related fields is recommended but not required.

Willing to train Newly Certified EMTs with NO previous experience.

Qualifications:

• Must Possess a High School Diploma/GED
• Must have a valid and current NC EMT-B Certification or NREMT Certification (Must apply for reciprocity with North Carolina)
• Must be 21 or older to be driver with our company
• Valid and Current First Aid & CPR Certification from AHA
• Must have a valid driver's license. Driver must have clean driving record. Drivers license must be active for five years with no breaks in coverage. Note- DUI / DWI or reckless driving will NOT be considered eligible for position.
• Must pass background check and pass drug check.
• Must be Fully Vaccinated within 30 days of hire and Must provide a copy of an up-to-date immunization record (Ex. Tb, MMR, Flu, TDap, COVID-19) or provide verifiable medical contra-indication to immunization or a bona-fide religious exemption.
