Head Mechanic

Job Description:

We are hiring a Head Mechanic to lead tire services and oversee general auto shop operations. This role includes tire changes, balancing, rotations, and supervising basic shop services.

Responsibilities:

• Perform tire installation, balancing, rotations, and repairs
• Oversee daily shop operations
• Assist with light mechanical services as needed
• Ensure quality control and safety standards
• Support and guide junior mechanics

Requirements:

• Strong experience in tire services and general auto repair
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage workflow efficiently
• Valid driver’s license
