Duties

  • Evaluate and analyze clients' financial information to determine eligibility for loans.
  • Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring they understand the requirements and documentation needed.
  • Process loan applications efficiently while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Conduct credit analysis to assess risk and make informed lending decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications with clients.
  • Collaborate with escrow officers, underwriters, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth loan closings.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations (including FNMA and TILA), and best practices in loan processing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • self-generating leads, by making partnerships with realtors

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of loan origination processes and financial services.
  • Proficiency in loan processing software
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Ability to conduct thorough credit analysis to assess borrower risk.
  • Familiarity with escrow procedures and documentation requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members.
