Caregiver - Immediate Openings Available

Compensation & Benefits

• $15.00-$16.00/hr, with an additional $1/hr for weekend visits*
• Potential to earn up to $18.00/hr after 8 weeks of employment**

• *Wage increase contingent on meeting driver requirements, experience criteria, visit completion, and maintaining good standing with Honor. The $18.00 rate applies to certain regions and weekend shifts with high transfer clients.

Your Responsibilities

• Foster meaningful relationships with seniors through companionship and care
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands
• Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Support clients in maintaining their independence and dignity

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Three professional references
• Willingness to work at least two shifts per week with the same client(s)
• Basic English skills (bilingual candidates are encouraged)
• Completion of any necessary compliance, licensing, or registration requirements
