Managing daily sales and commercial activities, the full-time Account Manager, Power Connections will focus on driving growth and profitability for assigned products within Eaton's Mobility Group, while working in a hybrid environment based near Southfield, MI. Key responsibilities Oversee sales activities and long-term growth opportunities for assigned products, ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met Act as the primary contact for strategic customer issues globally, fostering strong relationships with key decision-makers Develop and implement comprehensive pricing strategies based on market dynamics and competitive positioning Required qualifications Minimum Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution At least 4 years of sales or program management experience with automotive OEMs or Tier I suppliers Must reside within a 50-mile radius of Southfield, MI No relocation assistance is available for this position Experience in technical sales or program management supporting highly engineered products is preferred
