Senior Operations Analyst

Supporting communications and operational alignment across Engineering & Construction, Centralized Operations, and Field Operations, the full-time Senior Operations Analyst will translate complex operational updates into clear formats for diverse audiences while managing cross-functional coordination and change management initiatives in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Own development and standardization of communications across E&C, Central Ops, and Field Ops Lead communication strategy for system implementations and process changes, ensuring field teams are informed and prepared Act as a liaison across teams, aligning on process expectations, roles, and deliverables Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in Operations, Program Management, or Process Improvement Experience supporting Engineering, Construction, Telecommunications, or Field Ops environments Strong communication and presentation development skills Proven ability to simplify complex topics into clear, consumable formats Experience working cross-functionally and driving alignment
