We are currently seeking married couples for the rewarding position of Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this impactful role, couples will live in on-campus student homes and provide essential care, guidance, supervision, and support to a group of approximately 8-13 students. As Flex Houseparents, you will help create a nurturing, structured, family-like atmosphere that fosters the academic, emotional, and social growth of each student.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
- Manage household routines and ensure student schedules are followed.
- Administer medications and promote overall student wellness.
- Transport students to various activities and engage in developmental and recreational activities.
- Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel services.
- Oversee household budgeting and complete necessary reporting.
Initially, Flex Houseparents will support various student homes while following a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty with three days off. On weekdays, houseparents will have unscheduled time when students are in school. Eventually, Flex Houseparents will transition into a Placed Houseparent role, living and working with the same group of students.

- Competitive salary: $46,917.00 per person, equating to approximately $180,000 total compensation per couple, including free housing, meals while on duty, and utilities.

Qualifications:
- Experience working or volunteering with youth.
- Applicants must be a legally married couple for at least two years.
- Both spouses must be aged 27 or older.
- A maximum of three dependent children may reside in the student home.
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty.
- Pet limitations apply: Only fish and one approved dog breed allowed.
- Valid U.S. driver's license and willingness to become certified to drive student home vans.
- Comfort in leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited).
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and dedication to serving as positive role models for students.
