Role Description The Collision Estimator w/ Mitchell Experience is a full-time, on-site role based in Weston, FL, responsible for preparing accurate collision repair estimates using Mitchell estimating software. This team member will inspect vehicles to assess damage, document findings, and create detailed repair plans in coordination with the body shop and parts departments. The role involves communicating repair recommendations, timelines, and costs to customers and insurance representatives, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the repair process. The Collision Estimator will work closely with technicians to confirm repair feasibility, update estimates as needed, and help maintain workflow efficiency in the collision center. Additional responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of OEM repair procedures, adhering to safety and compliance standards, and supporting an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated proficiency with Mitchell estimating software and experience creating detailed collision repair estimates.
- Strong knowledge of automotive body repair processes, parts, and OEM repair guidelines.
- Effective customer service and communication skills for interacting with customers, insurance adjusters, and internal teams.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple vehicles, estimates, and deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site collision center environment and support team goals.
- Previous experience as a collision estimator or in an automotive body shop setting; dealership experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with insurance claim procedures and documentation requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or collision repair training is beneficial.
- Commitment to safety, attention to detail, and delivering high-quality work for every repair.
