The Wireless Customer Service Representative specializes in guiding customers through their options with a balance of friendliness and directness to find solutions quickly and effectively. As the Wireless Customer Service Representative, you will resolve their questions, confirm eligibility, break down plan benefits, and coordinate service setups, ensuring every contact is executed with care.
Wireless Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Drive customer engagement by delivering clear guidance on AT&T cell phones, wireless devices, services, and bundled solutions through structured sales.
- Showcase product features and connectivity benefits to help households make informed decisions about devices, plans, and service upgrades.
- Resolve service concerns and technical issues using AT&T systems and workflows, ensuring timely resolutions that strengthen customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Recommend customized plans and bundled services through consultative discussions that align with customer usage, budget, and connectivity needs.
- Process activations, upgrades, and service enrollments with accuracy, maintaining CRM documentation and compliance with AT&T’s operational standards.
- Collaborate with supervisors and campaign teams to refine residential sales strategies, share insights, and enhance overall performance across AT&T sales initiatives.
Wireless Customer Service Representative Qualifications
- Experience in customer support, retail, or sales, ideally within telecommunications, wireless connectivity, or services industries.
- Bilingual is a plus for this position
- Communication and problem‑solving skills to explain AT&T’s wireless plans
- Organized, proactive, and adaptable mindset to excel in fast‑paced customer and sales environments
Wireless Customer Service Representative Overview:
This position is a full-time employment position.* This position is Monday-Saturday, with an average of 40 hours per week working in a in-person *role with customers.
- Pay: 100% commission - $100-$300 per scale. On average, a minimum of 1 order is completed per day per employee.
- Clients & Products: We work with AT&T, promoting and signing up new customers for their wireless services
