Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Keep work areas clean and safe.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while identifying and recommending appropriate products and services.
- Install, repair, and service existing and new systems, handling various service calls.
- Troubleshoot and address a range of electrical and plumbing issues, from basic fixtures to panel replacements and hot water heater installations.
- Ensure invoices, time cards, and system notes are accurate and submitted promptly.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of electrical experience and 2 years of plumbing experience.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
- Proficient in using technology in the field, including text messaging and mobile applications.
- Possess a personal set of hand tools.
- Journeyman License is advantageous but not mandatory.
