What Your Days Will Look Like

Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to pediatric patients

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Collaborate with families, physicians, schools, and your multidisciplinary team

Provide culturally competent, family-centered care

Complete case management and documentation consistent with department standards

What We Offer

Salary: $82,000 to $117,000/year or Pay-per-Billed-Hour: $70 to $86.40/billed hour, $90 per evaluation, $35 to $36/meeting hour

Compensation flexibility: Choose between salaried or pay-per-billed-hour models

Sign-on and relocation bonuses up to $15,000

Performance-based incentives up to $9,000 annually

What You'll Need

Master's degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy

NBCOT certification in good standing

Colorado DORA OT license, or ability to obtain

BLS/CPR certification

Pediatric experience preferred, new grads welcome!

Physical Requirements Ability to sit 1 to 2 hours and stand or walk 4 to 6 hours daily. Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
