We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist (3–5 years experience) to join our team in an in‑office setting. This role is ideal for candidates with strong payroll processing skills, data accuracy, and employee support experience. You will handle payroll data entry, timesheet verification and employee inquiries while ensuring compliance and accuracy. If you’re organized, analytical and thrive in a fast‑paced HR environment, we want to hear from you.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of payroll processing or HR payroll experience
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and data entry tools (e.g., ADP, Paychex or similar platforms)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of payroll laws, deductions and compliance requirements
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive data
- Strong communication skills to answer employee payroll questions
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
