Location: Jacksonville, FL
Start: August 10, 2026 - May 28, 2027

Position Overview:
As a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC), you will play a key role in supporting students’ communication and language development within a collaborative educational environment. This position involves partnering with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to help students achieve academic and social success through individualized speech and language services.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student success.
- Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation and compliance records.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute recommendations to the multidisciplinary team.
- Support school staff through consultation and speech/language-related strategies.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
- Previous school-based experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, families, and educational teams.
