  • Arrange complex travel logistics including flights, accommodations, transportation, itineraries, and contingency planning
  • Prepare, manage, and reconcile expense reports and executive-related financial documentation
  • Track progress, commitments, action items, and strategic follow-through across priorities and initiatives
  • Facilitate high-level communication and coordination across departments, leadership teams, clients, and external stakeholders
  • Provide operational support, recommendations, and coordination to improve executive effectiveness
  • Support high-visibility client interactions and executive engagements with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Identify risks, conflicts, or operational gaps and proactively resolve or escalate as appropriate
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business information and executive communications
  • Provide continuity across executive priorities, workflows, meetings, and operational initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Strong strategic thinking, prioritization, and operational decision-making abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced organizational, coordination, and multitasking capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and influencing skills
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and manage ambiguity effectively
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
