Duties
Help
Responsible for the day-to-day functions of the industrial operations at the remote location in regards to property management, inventory management, warehouse management, financial and cost accounting and other related accounting activities that will assist management in the decision making process.
Responsible for validating the automated integrated information system data in regards to manufacturing and standard costs by performing compliance testing and participating in the internal compliance audit processes and function.
Responsible for utilizing costing ratios and analysis to ensure accuracy of manufacturing and job order costing, cost allocation and performance measurements.
Responsible for assisting with the budget development for submission to management detailing projected operating levels for sales, earnings, overhead, inventory levels and capital expenditures for the factory.
Along with all other correctional institution employees, incumbent is charged with responsibility for maintaining security of the institution.
The staff correctional responsibilities precede all others required by this position and is performed on a regular and recurring basis.
