Job Description: We're seeking a passionate, experienced Behavior Technician to join our team! In this role, you'll work closely with children and families, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. You'll play a vital role in implementing behavior-based treatment plans, educating parents, and conducting data collection. Responsibilities:

Work effectively with children

Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Clinical Director

Conduct comprehensive data collection and maintain session reports

Implement behavior-based treatment plans

Educate parents on classroom support techniques

Ensure safety and quality care for clients

Establish professional relationships with parents, colleagues, and community resources

Maintain training materials and supplies

Advocate for children and families, facilitating referrals to community resources

Job Type: Part-Time (25-30 Hours)

Salary: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

Summer Schedule:

Monday: 9-1pm , 1:30-4:30pm

Tuesday: 11-4:30pm

Wednesday: 9-12pm, 12:30-4:30pm

Thursday: 9-1:00pm, 1:30-4:30pm

Friday: 9-12pm

Fall Schedule:

Monday: 8-1pm, 1:30-4:30pm,

Tuesday: 11-4:30pm

Thursday: 3:30-6:30pm

Friday: 3:30-6:30pm

Saturday: 9-2pm

Work Location: In-Person / Client Home - Smithfield, VA
