NSC Staffing is seeking experienced Mid-Level Residential Electricians for a high-end residential project in Sarasota, FL

JOB DETAILS:

PAY: $25-$32/hr.

HOURS: 40 hours per week

START DATE: 6/22/2026

DURATION: 3 months

Journeyman Residential Electrician - High-End Residential

• Install electrical systems in custom homes, luxury residential properties, and light commercial projects.
• Install and terminate panels, subpanels, breakers, disconnects, lighting fixtures, switches, receptacles, and electrical devices.
• Run and terminate NM cable, MC cable, and conduit systems.
• Perform rough-in, trim-out, troubleshooting, and electrical repairs as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure all work complies with NEC requirements and local codes.
• Coordinate with project managers, homeowners, and other trades.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of journeyman-level electrical experience.
• Experience on high-end residential, custom home, luxury residential, and light commercial projects.
• Knowledge of NEC requirements and residential electrical systems.
• Experience with rough-in, trim-out, panel installations, lighting, and device installation.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical plans.
• Must have electrical hand tools, PPE, and reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic, attendance, and ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and pass pre-employment screening requirements.
