Payment Operations Representative

The Payments Representative serves as the primary resource for the Payments area within the Operations department. The Payments Representative offers expertise and support for staff and members and serves as Subject Matter Experts for organizational projects. They are required to understand applicable regulations and requirements to meet compliance standards. Reviews and completes a variety of requests received from staff and members within identified service level expectations.
