Position Overview & Location

• 📍 Location: Multiple Locations, Maryland (On-site / In-home care)
• ⏰ Shift: Full-time (Flexible scheduling options available)
• 🗓️ Work Schedule: To be discussed based on client care plans
• 💰 Salary: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour (Competitive)

Key Responsibilities

• Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Mobility Support: Help clients with transfers, ambulation, and general daily mobility.
• Condition Monitoring: Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical or emotional health to the supervising nurse.
• Home Support & Nutrition: Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and light housekeeping tasks as needed to maintain a safe, clean home environment.
• Documentation & Safety: Maintain accurate documentation of all care provided and strictly follow all agency policies and Maryland state regulations.
• Companionship: Provide emotional support, trusted companionship, and patient-centered interaction.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Certification: Active and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Maryland is required.
• Compliance: Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and meet all standard employment requirements.
• Logistics: Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel to designated client homes.
• Core Competencies: Compassionate, dependable, patient-centered approach with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Strong Assets)

• Current CPR certification.
• Prior experience in home care, senior care, long-term care, or disability support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently following explicit care plans.
