SCCU is seeking an experienced Assistance Vice President (AVP), HR to support the Senior Vice President (SVP), HR with the HR function and strategy alignment

The AVP, HR contributes to the development and execution of the human resource strategy, in tandem with the SVP, HR. Responsibilities are to assist in alignment of the business plan of the organization by providing operational & tactical leadership to the Human Resources Team including strategic direction; this is accomplished by recommending and implementing SCCU policies, programs, and practices to create a workplace culture which includes an inclusive, productive workforce. Oversees hiring and onboarding, Team Member relations and experience, performance and compensation management, benefits administration, and payroll.
