We are looking to hire an Administrative Office Manager to join our team!

About Us

Spartan Glass & Mirror is a custom glass shop that has served the greater Lansing area for over 30 years. We specialize in custom glass shower enclosures, replacement window glass, custom mirrors, commercial glass storefront, and other custom glass projects.

We are striving to become leaders in our industry through culture, quality, and service.

Role and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a motivated individual to help in a variety of areas throughout the business. We are small team looking to grow so everyone wears multiple hats. We need someone who will thrive in a fast pace, and dynamic work environment. This position will have daily responsibilities including:

  • Handling all incoming phone calls / Customer service
  • Management of the installation/service schedule
  • Invoice Management / Accounts Receivable
  • Ordering of Materials / Billing
  • Quoting smaller projects
  • Additional Administrative duties

Qualifications - who are we looking for:

Previous experience in administrative, customer service, accounting type roles is not required but will be a plus. We are willing to train someone if they posses the following attributes:

  • Taking extreme ownership of actions - good or bad
  • Self motivated to take action
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and organize in a self driven manner
  • Detail Oriented
  • IMPORTANT - We need someone who will thrive with change. As we grow, we are quick to make changes that help us become more efficient, and to better serve our customers.
