Entry-Level CNC Machine Operator
Location: Twinsburg, OH
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00/hr

No previous CNC experience? No problem! You'll receive paid, hands-on training from experienced team members who are committed to helping you succeed.
Available Shifts
1st Shift
Monday - Friday
6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
2nd Shift
Monday - Friday
2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
What You'll Do
- Learn to safely operate CNC production equipment
- Perform basic machine setup and machine operation
- Load and unload materials into CNC machines
- Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards
- Stack, package, and prepare finished products for shipment
- Follow work instructions and quality procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
What We're Looking For
- No CNC experience required—we'll train you
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable attendance and positive attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift materials as needed throughout the shift
