Compensation: Based on experience

About the Position

  • We are seeking a highly organized and motivated professional to join our team in San Diego. This is a unique hybrid role that combines accounting, vacation rental management, and digital content creation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technology-savvy, creative, and experienced in managing both financial operations and online marketing for luxury vacation rental properties. Bi-lingual Spanish and English

Required Qualifications

Accounting & Financial Management

  • Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
  • Extensive experience using QuickBooks.
  • Experience with accounting and tax-related procedures in Mexico.
  • Ability to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Experience preparing budgets and tracking project expenses.
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial controls.
  • CPC (Contador Público Certificado) license preferred.

Vacation Rental Management

  • Experience managing vacation rental properties.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and direct booking websites.
  • Ability to coordinate guest communications, reservations, cleaning schedules, maintenance, and vendor relationships.
  • Experience handling guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.

Content Creation & Marketing

  • Proven experience as a content creator.
  • Ability to create engaging photo and video content for social media.
  • Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube accounts.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Basic photo and video editing skills.
  • Experience promoting luxury properties, golf, fishing, or tourism-related businesses is highly desirable.

Additional Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Must be willing to travel to Loreto, BCS Mexico.

Preferred Experience

  • Luxury vacation rental management.
  • Property management software.
  • Website updates and basic SEO.
  • Photography, drone operation, and video production.
  • Knowledge of the Loreto tourism market, golf, fishing, and outdoor recreation.
