Accounting & Finance Manager

📍 King of Prussia, PA (Onsite – 5 Days/Week)

I'm partnering with a growing real estate investment and operating company to identify a Finance Manager who is looking for a highly visible role with broad responsibility and outstanding work-life balance.

This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys owning the full financial process, working directly with company ownership, and making a meaningful impact across multiple business entities.

What you'll be doing:

• Manage accounting and financial reporting for operating companies and a portfolio of approximately 15 real estate investment entities.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reporting.
• Oversee treasury management, bank reconciliations, AP/AR, and general ledger activity.
• Coordinate with outside accountants on tax reporting, compliance, and annual filings.
• Support investor reporting, partner distributions, and ownership financial reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, implement efficiencies, and support strategic initiatives.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting or finance experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement preparation.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience managing multiple entities.
• CPA or CPA-track candidates are a plus.
• Real estate accounting experience is preferred but not required.
